There is a very deep low tracking in and it's moving at about the same speed as its underlying swell so the swell is building to be one for the record books. I doubt the peak of it will get surfed anywhere in SA apart from a few spots that are sheltered not just from the huge waves but also from the howling wind too. The days after the peak will be better. In Namibia, the points will get most of the swell and none of the wind. Insane big wave conditions up there on Thursday - the big wavefinder is scoring some perfect 10s.”
