“Beware of the "SS Monte Carlo" located directly in front of furthest south tall white condo. It's an old sunken gambling ship (made of concrete). It's pretty cool - as long as you're not crashing into it!”

“Coronado is a beachbreak that pulls in some good swells. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold them well and you get many sections, sometimes a quarter mile in length, that produce nothing more than a big wall of closeouts as far as the eye can see. The good news for people who surf this break...if you can surf Coronado, you can surf anywhere!”
