Carlos j Claudio from United States
“I am from Puerto Rico, although I currently live in the united states. I have surfed this spot a couple of times as it requires a rather large swell for it to begin to work. This wave is a fast barreling wave from start to finish. It is located smack in the middle of the town of Aguadilla, PR. It requires a very large Northwest or north swell to work. That is because the swell must be large enough to wrap around the north west corner of PR to reach this spot. The spot faces west so the winds here blow straight offshore all day long creating long barreling waves start to finish. Very easy to catch and surf these waves, but when it is going off, it is usually crowded. Best when there is huge swell everywhere else.”
