Anglesea Surf Guide

Anglesea in Torquay is a fairly exposed beach break that is often working and works all around the year. Works best in offshore winds from the northwest. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the south southeast. Waves at the beach tend to peel to the right. Best around mid tide. When it's working here, it can get crowded. Watch out for the groynes, especially if semi-submerged.
