Lines from the NE continue. 2ft to 3ft at the north ends and you can add some the further you head south. Wind NW/NNW but smokestacks are already showing NE’ers. Our run of big high tides continues, 2.01m 9.25am. A few on offer.’

‘Coolum surf: 15-20 knots ESE. Solid swell on all open beaches for experienced surfers as wave size continues to rise. Stacks of solid shore breaks with the tide in. Protected southern corners of Noosa and Mooloolaba will offer the best conditions. Mofats, carties and Alex all will have plenty of waves though a bit wind affected.’
