‘Harlyn report: That size indicator above is nothing more than a stab in the dark! It's big! But it's windy too. Side to almost offshore wind and howling through the half darkness. It is pretty close to being a worthwhile paddle but really that wind needs to drop by many miles per hour first!!’

‘South-Coast SA: Winds have gone to a very light onshore WSW early but conditions are still pretty clean, with well defined small swell. Surf is around 2' along the Middleton - Goolwa stretch, with 3' waves around at Waits and Parson's. It should be OK for the next few hours, but we'll probably see onshores start ro kick in mid - late morning.’

Size is about the same levels as yesterday but period is up a second or so. Little difference in the tides again. Rips are starting to get into all breaks. Now is about as clean as we’ll see today.’

‘Big and wobbly in Bundoran today with SW cross shore winds. The peak is 10 foot plus and messy. Nowhere to surf really. Tullan is blown out. The best bet for a beach could be Mullaghmore beach for small and clean waves, or else Streedagh which will be 4-5ft and semi clean.’
