Rest Bay is 3ftish but being blown flat by the wind. Coney Beach should be surfable for a few hours more and then it's the mush at Rest Bay.’

‘Whitesands Bay: 2-3 ft fairly messy waves today with moderate onshore winds. Quite sloppy small waves this morning around high tide but it should get a bit better on the drop, with the odd waist high set around lunchtime, before dropping off at low tide late afternoon. 4 ft tomorrow and Monday.’

‘Mid-Coast SA: It's another sunny, glassy morning on the Mid Coast with winds just a puff from the N - NE and a hot day on the way. Needless to say the Gulf is like a lake and there's no waves at all on the high morning tide.’

‘South-Coast SA: Finally we have light offshores on the South Coast for the first time in a week, and conditions are clean and glassy early. Swell has dropped again, but you will find peaky surf around 2' along the Middleton - Goolwa stretch, with 2 - 3' waves around at Waits and Parson's.’
