Constantine Surf:
‘Constantine Bay report: Another mild and calm morning is very slowly spreading the light of day across the bays and it is a very pleasant one. Shame about the surf though! It's not that bad but it could be so much better. There is a fairly steady west south westerly wind blowing in from the sea, not strong but not that light either.’

‘Harlyn report: It's so small around here today and not much improved on the other side either, that wind, lighter than it has been for ages, is still too westerly and just strong enough to make things sloppy. It may improve a lot on the incoming tide but really I think that it's the other side today.’

‘Newcastle surf report: Period appears to be up just a smidgen giving things a bit more shape, but it could just be the tide. Size similar to yesterday so you’ll need some floatation under you. Offshore out the WNW which is a novel change. All breaks offering up something, albeit lacking size and punch.’

‘Porthcawl: Suprisingly light winds this morning and Rest Bay is about 2ft on sets. Still dropping tide so it will get a bit smaller for the next couple of hours but then pick up this afternoon - There's a long period showing on the wave bouys so we should get a good 3ft this afternoon - maybe even a little bigger. Lets hope the wind stays light too(which it is forecast to)’
