Surf South Oz:
‘Mid-Coast SA: It's dead glassy on the Mid Coast this morning with winds just a puff from the NE, and it's also dead flat. The tide is pretty full and just starting to head out, with low tide around midday. Conditions will stay clean up until early afternoon, so it's a great day to go for a snorkel or to get out the boat.’

‘Polzeath Surf Report 10.00: The almost deserted beach looks really bleak as the still strong wind whistles across the wet sand. The swell is not that big, but completely messed up, the Westerly breeze should abate this afternoon, so it is possible that towards high tide at 4.30 you may get a reasonable wave, but don’t hold your breath.’

9.30am Sunday. Tide is still dropping, Rest Bay is 3-4ft onshore mess. Coney Beach is a bit cleaner but still windy - about 2-3ft on sets. Watch the rip at Low tide Coney, it will take you over to the rocks. Winds look like they could be easing slightly this afternoon so Coney Beach is once again your best bet.

‘Constantine Bay report: The wind has eased off in strength, a bit anyway. But apart from that, it's all as it was; grey skies, grey seas and onshore slop. It's a good job that Steve (Beach Ranger) has organised the Christmas Tree dig-in for later this morning otherwise there would be absolutely nothing to do here today!’

More of same, following same weather patterns as the last few days. 2ft and worth getting wet @ Coolum. High tide is now and the winds is on its way from SSE. If you dont mind a bit of wind go for a paddle. Sure you have all surfed worse!

Surf South Oz:
‘Mid-Coast SA: Similar conditions to yesterday with offshore ESE winds around 12 knots, it's clean but there's not much swell. Surf would be barely half a foot on the reefs coming off the high tide, and the water draining out of the gulf won't help it.’
