Lunchtime Update...The winds are from the SSW still at around 10 knots and there are 2 up to 3ft of clean ESE swell on the open beaches, it's smaller in the S corners. The winds are forecast to freshen out of the SSE later. The tide is low at 2.45pm and there are small beachies all along the open beaches before the SSE winds get up. Later there'll be small ones on the points when the SSE winds get up and the tide drops more

Surf South Oz:
‘Mid-Coast SA: Winds are light from the East and conditions are clean early, but swell has eased overnight. The full tide isn't helping, but there are a few 1' waves on the reefs with occasional bigger sets. The dropping tide won't help, but the beachies should have a few waves through low tide at lunch.’

Surf is around 2' along the Middleton - Day St. stretch, with occasional bigger sets down toward Cliffs and Goolwa. Chiton is around 1 - 2', Waits and Parson's will be bigger and both should be glassy early.’

‘Constantine Bay report: It's pretty good down there this morning! Five to Six feet of surf is rolling our way, directed and guided by the lightest of offshore breezes while a wonderful sunrise shatters that frost. It's pretty much at it's weakest right now on the dropping tide but it's still pretty good! And it should (will) get better.’
