Constantine Surf:
‘Harlyn report: It is pretty and sparkling and crisp again but it is real small again as well. Well, when I say 'real small', it's pretty close to flat. It's the other side again today. Just pick from any of those lovely breaks that are gently peeling on the other side of the headland, wax up and paddle out!’

8.15am Thursday. Coney Beach is almost flat but there's a 2ft+ wave coming into Rest Bay which is giving the odd 3ft wave - but it's a long wait between waves and its cold. It will drop off to about 1ft on the drop this afternoon.

Lunchtime Update...Conditions are messy with ENE winds up now and the swell at around 2 up to 3ft from the E. The water quality is improving but it is still a bit dirty. Try, Sunshine, Kawana and Kings if you're keen, still it could be flat so get out there and wack a couple of lips!
