The winds are from the light from the WSW early and there's 2ft of clean SE swell on the open beaches, it's smaller in the S corners. The winds are forecast to go strong SSE later. The tide is high at 9am and there are small beachies all along the open beaches before the SSE winds get up. Later there'll be very small ones on the points and S corners when the SSE winds get up

‘South-Coast SA: Winds are light from the ENE and conditions are sort of peaky / glassy on the South Coast early. There are 3 - 4' waves along the Middleton - Goolwa stretch and 3' waves around at Chiton / Gap. Waits and Parson's will be a bit bigger, Waits is sure to be struggling with rips making Parson's the preferred choice of the two.’

9.am Wednesday. A nice wave coming into Rest Bay - about 3ft+ on sets. Dropping tide though, so it will get smaller towoards low tide. There's a decent wave on the sandbars, so we should get 3-4ft on the push this afternoon. Winds may get a little stronger, but should stay offshore.
