Thick and lumpy but fairly mixed up waves are spilling into the bay, grinding over the shallower, rocky bits and swirling into those inbetweeny places, making for river-like rips.’

    Update: 11 knots of E wind, there are waves and cleaner than the morning. Stormy conditions with strong onshore winds out of the E and 3-4ft of ESE swell. Very messy this morning with showers and grey skies. The open beaches are very messy, try the points if you're desperate.
