Rest Bay is 3-4ft but looks a little lumpy and will get too high in a while. Should be surfable as it comes off the rocks though - about 2-3ft. Should be a wave most of the day - getting smaller around low tide and picking up to 3ft this evening. Watch the sea breezes this afternoon though.
