‘Harlyn report: Actually, it's looking really nice around here this morning. Bigger than I'd expected which probably indicates that the other side is a bit bigger than it looks too. Decent three feet waves are rolling in against that lightish offshore.’

‘Polzeath Surf Report 7.00: The wind has dropped off over the last 24 hours and left us with some decent size waves off about chest hgih which as the tide moves out will be okay. The paddle out will be hard enough as there will be a lot of water moving about with a 7.5 metre tide, but there should be some reward for the effort.’

Surf South Oz:
‘Mid-Coast SA: ESE winds have just swung to a very light Southerly on the Mid Coast, but conditions are clean and glassy early. The tide is just peaking and about to head out, but there's not really anything surfable... yet. 18 second swell has hit the CdC wavebuoy, and there's a slim chance some of that will start to push in on the arvo tide.’

‘South-Coast SA: Conditions are clean on the South Coast this morning with very light WNW winds, but swell has dropped further overnight and shifted WSW. Surf is around 1' at Middleton with rare 1 - 2' sets slong the Cliffs - Goolwa stretch. Wains and Parson's will be slightly bigger, and probably the only options for a shortboard wave today.’

9am Thursday. Appologies for yesterday - I'm not sure what happened but the report section disappeared. Dropping tide but som OK sets coming through in Rest Bay - around 3ft but a little breezt. Coney Beach isn't quite big enough. A decent swell starting to appear on the sandbar so the surf should be surfable for most of the day - except around low tide when it's likely to be 1-2ft. Should be ok on the push and Coney Beach should be around 2ft+

‘Whitesands Bay: 3-4 ft fairly messy waves today with moderate onshore winds. Plenty of surfable shoulder high waves this morning as the tide goes out. Will drop off a bit during slack water at low and then 2-3 ft waves this afternoon on the push. So expect waves all day, fairly messy and bigger in the morning. 3 ft tomorrow, 2 ft Saturday.’

Surf World Surf Shop:
‘Good morning folks, well the to say the swell is big in Bundoran this morning is an understatement, The Peak and all town reefs are completely closed out, and breaking way out to sea, all the big wave spots and outer reefs are very big, can't guess at a size but 20ft plus is conservative. Wind is light cross-shore so conditions are perfect, the wind is due to pick up a little later. Not really much options for regular surfing today but if you are into paddling or towing huge reefs its a world class day. Well I'm off to Mullaghmore,,,, I'll bring you a shot from there when I check it out.’
