7.30am Saturday. Forget any thoughts of any kind of surf today. It's flat evrywhere. Nothing on the wavebouys and light offshore winds mean that there isn't even any wind chop to get a board going. BLLAHHH.

Constantine Surf:
‘Constantine Bay report: Well it was nice while it lasted! It's a grey and chilly one this morning mainly caused by a cloud covered sky and a too fresh northerly wind. The swell has almost completely disappeared with mini-ripples gurgling through a couple of hours after low tide.’

The swell has dropped back a bit and is clean and straight from the E at around 2-3ft. with bigger sets. The winds are from the SSW early and are forecast to go SSE later. The tide is low at 9am and there are some nice ones in the S corners, the E facing points and smaller ones on the Noosa points. The swell is still too straight for most of the open beaches.

Surf South Oz:
‘Mid-Coast SA: The change arrived overnight and winds have gone 'round to the WSW this morning, but only around 12 knots. Conditions are lumpy with waves around 1' on the reefs, and the tide peaking around 8:30am. Not much will change over the next few hours, but from about lunchtime onward we should see new swell start to push in.’

‘Harlyn report: That wind is north easterly and is blowing straight onshore in here today. It's just about strong enough to mess up the very small and weak looking surf and has that little chill to it, especially compared to the last few days! Nah, it's just about good on the other side but it's being messed up a lot on this side today.’
