‘South-Coast SA: 11:30am updateSwell has been building this morning and wind has picked up a bit, but at 12 knots it's been pretty good. ‘Mid-Coast SA: Conditions are clean on the Mid coast early and there are a few 1' waves, but Northerly winds are not far off. The high tide peaks soon and will start to head out, and as the Nor-wester picks up it'll start to get bumpy. The beachies will have bumpy waves through low tide at lunch, and we should see something on the reefs later.’

There are some small ones on the E facing points and in the S corners on the dropping tide. Outer bays at Noosa also will have some small ones as the tide drops, but it's definitely nothing to get excited about

7.am Saturday. Quite strong offshore breeze and 1ft+ in Rest Bay. Almost flat in Coney Beach. We could get 2ft in Rest Bay towards high tide and it will drop off this afternoon to about 1ft+. Don't forget the Welsh Open Surf Comp is in Rest Bay today. It could get quite busy, so please have some consideration for competitors.
