‘Whitesands Bay: 0-1 ft clean waves today with moderate offshore winds. Quite flat this morning so don’t rush down the beach. There are some ripples today but the waves won’t have any size to them. If you are lucky there may be the very occasional 1 ft wave early afternoon, but the reality is that there is not much surf today. Small Friday, 1 ft Saturday, 1-2 ft Sunday plenty of messy waves Monday.’

‘Constantine Bay report: What a surprisingly pleasant morning! It is still chilly with a light wind blowing from the north east but the sky is bright and that light wind is not much more than a fresh breeze and it is blowing more directly offshore, helping to shape the little waves that are rolling in.’
