   7.30am Wednesday. Big swell but a little messy. Dropping tide and Coney Beach is 2-3ft and a little messy, Rest Bay is 5-6ft and surfable although a hell of a paddle out. Tons of swell on the sandbars so Rest Bay will be a wave in Rest Bay all day but winds are forecast to pick up onshore.
