Constantine Surf:
‘Harlyn report: The conditions are good around here this morning but there just isn't much surf getting in here. There are small but quite nicely shaped little waves rolling in but it is really small. A foot at best. If it was just a bit bigger then it would be worth thinking about. But right now it's very small.’

‘Polzeath Surf Report 7.00. Not the most glorious start to what should be a summers day with drips of rain, cloudy sky, and low temperatures, but there is a bit of an onshore type swell giving waves of possibly chest high on the sets. The tide is going to be low this morning at 10.20 with high water this afternoon at 4.30.’

‘Porthcawl: Wind is back again. Coney Beach is a little sheltered and 1ft. Rest Bay is 2ft+ but messy. Bigger surf for the push this afternoon but will be messy in Rest Bay. Best option is Coney Beach which should give us 3-4ft and surfable.’

Constantine Surf:
‘Constantine Bay report: It's a damp 'n breezy one this morning after yesterday's sunny pleasantness. But it is milder than yesterday morning with a light south westerly wind drifting across the headland and buffeting those three foot or so waves. So the surf isn't that great again.’

Waits and Parson's will be bigger, but again mostly closing out on the sets. Winds may get gusty at times but will remain offshore all day.’

Coolum:
‘Coolum surf: 5-20 knots Great day ahead with light winds, small surf and heaps of empty line ups. Perfect days to grab a board for some practice or learn to surf. Sunshine and northern beaches like A/bay will be the biggest and best short board waves. Coolum has stacks of fun rides best on the half tide.’

‘Whitesands Bay: 2-31 ft fairly messy waves today with moderate onshore winds. A few reasonable fairly messy waves this morning leading up to low tide. The wind will remain onshore so the waves will continue to be messy all day. 3 ft plus tomorrow, 2-3 ft Tuesday.’
