It's pumping with a ESE swell that's in 4-6ft range with bigger sets on the open beaches. The winds are fresh SSW and are forecast to get stronger later. The points and S corners are the only areas handling the swell. Noosa is firing and packed. For the experienced only as there is a lot of water moving around

7.30am Monday. Coney Beach is 1ft and Rest Bay is 2ft. Light winds and a small wave on the sandbars, so it's looking ok for later this morning towards high tide. We could get 2-3ft in Rest Bay and maybe 2ft in Coney Beach. It will drop this afternoon with the dropping tide.

Wave Bandit: Hands On OH&S Oil & Gas Safety Services (tel: 0458 544 287)
It's grey and cool morning with fresh SSW winds and the swell has picked up from the ESE from an East Coast Low off Fraser Island. It's 3-5ft range early and is forecast to increase during the day as the low tracks off the SE. The winds are forecast to go strong SE later. Try the points and S corners on the incoming tide this morning. For the experienced as there is alot of water moving around. Keep your eye on the points today and tomorrow it should be epic!!!

Surf South Oz:
‘Mid-Coast SA: It's another chilly morning on the Mid Coast with clear skies and no wind so conditions are glassy - but tiny again. There's really nothing breaking on the reefs with the tide peaking around 7:40am, but the dropping tide and North winds picking up will really finish it off. The rest of the day looks flat and bumpy. Shred Factor 0/10’
