Wave Bandit: Hands On OH&S Oil & Gas Safety Services (tel: 0458 544 287)
The ESE swell has dropped off a bit to be in 4-6ft range with bigger sets on the open beaches. The winds are SSW early and are forecast to get strong SSE later. The points and S corners are the only areas handling the swell. Noosa is the pick but has been very crowded. Although it has moderated it is still for the experienced only as there is a lot of water moving around. Got a pic from a current swell, send it in please!

‘Constantine Bay report: It's a very pleasant morning this morning following on to yesterday's fun-in-the-sun sessions. And that surf is still rolling in at a decent couple of feet. There's enough size to keep the rippers and slashers happy and it's clean enough to glide on a plank, in spite of the light onshore breeze.’
