   7.45am Thursday. Pictures are a bit deceiving this morning, It's windy as hell but sheltered at the moment in Rest Bay. As the tide drops, it will get more exposed and with the wind increasing throughout the day it's likely to be a mess. Coney Beach is 2ft and messy and will drop off after high tide. There will be a wave today but could be a dangerous sort of day in terms of the strength of the wind. Coney Beach isn't providing much shelter either and low tide Coney Beach will have a nightmare rip.     The SSE swell is clean and straight at around 2-3ft with bigger ones on the more open beaches. The winds are SSW early and are forecast to go SSE later.
