   6.30am Saturday. Smaller today but still windy. Coney Beach is 2ft and Rest Bay is 2-3ft but messy. With high tide at 9.30, Rest Bay will be too high early this morning, Coney Beach should clean up a little towards high tide and give us 2-3ft but will drop off later this morning.     7.30am Friday. Pretty much orrible for most of the day. Coney Beach is 3ft and surfable but still windy. Rest Bay is 5-6ft but a blown out mess. Coney Beach will be surfable until about 12 but once it gets around low tide, give it a miss, as the rips will be horrendous. The lifeguards will probably red flag all beaches today.
