‘Harlyn report: It's glassy and tranquil but there ain't much surf! I guess that it might build a fraction on the incoming tide but right now there are just little tiddlers washing ashore. No, I think that it's a day for the other side and that's the way it should be at this time of year.’

Vibe Surf Shop:
‘Scarborough Surf Report: Morning, We have the beginnings of a very local NE swell today, just waist high and on shore at the moment, smaller and clean in South Bay. We have higher hopes for tomorrow when the swell will peak and the winds off shore in the afternoon, nothing epic but if you see a rideable wave get on it as it will be flat again by Thursday. Get early reports on the Facebook page and twitter or call the shop for updates!’

7am Monday. Still a little breezy this morning. Coney Beach is 1ft and Rest Bay is 2ft. Both beaches will pick up a little and maybe clean up a bit but won't be epic by a long shot. We should get a crumbly 2-3ft at Rest Bay and a cleaner 2ft at Coney Beach.

‘Constantine Bay report: It's a pleasant day down in the bay, with small but fun looking surf. The sun is shining this morning, although there is a blanket of light haze covering us too while a light wind blows onshore, chipping and tugging at the still lined up surf.’

‘Polzeath Surf Report 6.30: A bright morning with sunshine and a light cross shore breeze blowing into waves of about waist maybe chest high on the sets. Should be quite a good day with high waters at 9.30 am and 10 pm, low tide at 4.00 ish, so it may well be worth taking a look after work.’

‘Coolum surf: .4 metres(1') 5-20 knots SE. Get out on the open beaches early or head for one of the southern corners of the coast. Swell is still tiny, good for some practice or learning to surf. Sunshine and A/bay best chance of a short board wave. Noosa and Mooloolaba will be the cleanest and be protected from the winds.’

It's still very ugly, both surf and weather wise this morning. Bleak with showers, SSW winds and a tiny SE swell that's only 1ft max on the open beaches. Forget it this morning, if you're desperate try the S protected points and corners on a board with lots of volume.

‘South-Coast SA: Swell is still hanging in there and with light West winds conditions are looking OK this morning. The bay is still a good 4' on the sets with some bigger ones down toward Cliffs and Goolwa, and some 2 - 3' waves at Chiton / Gap. Waits and Parson's will struggle to hold it but Waits Point might be worth a look.’
