Too high at the moment but still surfable. 2ft as it drops off the rocks and getting smaller, we should have a small surfable wave for most of the day though, and increasing again to 2-3ft on the push this afternoon.

The swell is from the SE in the 2ft range on the open beaches and 1-2ft in the S corners. The winds are light WSW early and are forecast to go strong SSE later in the day. it's high tide at 9am. There are small ones all along southern stretches of the open beaches early where ever you can find a bank. Later try the E facing points and S corners when the SSE winds get up. Take a board with lots of flotation

Will probably get a bit better as the tide drops with the occasional 2 ft set but nothing bigger. Small at low tide around lunch time and then cleaner 1 ft plus waves as the tide comes in late afternoon and into the evening. 2 ft tomorrow, 1 ft Friday.’
