‘Harlyn report: It's a couple of feet here, the wind a little more westerly than we would choose but okay. The waves are fairly close together and resembling that Autumn surf, standing tall before breaking, at least offering a few crashing walls to shimmy across.’

PorthcawlSurf (School & Hire)
7.am Saturday. Howling onshore winds are making Rest Bay real messy at about 4-5ft. Coney Beach is 3ftish and a little cleaner and should give us a clean 3-4ft around high tide. Rest Bay will get too high at about 10am and stay up on the rocks until about 12. Avoid Low tide Coney Beach later this afternoon as the rip will be pretty bad. Welsh Senior Golf is at Royal Porthcawl Golf Club so parking at Rest Bay for this weekend is £5. If you have a lesson with us or hire kit off us, we will refund £2 to you. Pictures and video@ [link]
