Whacky Point in East London is a quite exposed beach and point break that only works when conditions are just right. Summer in particular tends to be flat. Works best in offshore winds from the west southwest. Easily blown out by an onshore breeze Tends to receive distant groundswells and the ideal swell angle is from the south.
