Statistics for 14 Feb (1981–2005) – mean: 27.8 °C, range: 26.8 °C to 28.7 °C (mean 82 °F, range: 80 °F to 84 °F)

Sunny with very warm air temperatures, feeling like 27 °C / 81 °F once we account for any wind. Sea temperatures (27 °C / 82 °F) very warm too. Staying comfortable in the water at Tochangeou won't be a problem, but wear at least a rash-vest to keep the UV off.
