Rosie's Bay in Vancouver Island is an exposed beach break that has very reliable surf and works all around the year. Ideal winds are from the northeast with some shelter here from southeast winds. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell angle is from the west. The beach breaks are all lefts. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Sometimes crowded. Rocks are a hazard.
