Rangiora Street in Wanganui-Manawatu is a fairly exposed beach break that has pretty consitent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the north northeast. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the west. Waves at the beach break both left and right. Best around high tide. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded.
