Presidente on the South Coast is an exposed reef break that has reasonably consistent surf Offshore winds are from the north northwest. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the south. A right hand reef break. It very rarely gets crowded here. Watch out for rocks and rips.
