Porto Ferro in Sardinia is an exposed beach break that does not work very often. Summer in particular tends to be flat. Offshore winds blow from the east. Most of the surf comes fis in the form of windswells and the best wave direction is from the northwest. Waves at the beach are both lefts and rights. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Sometimes crowded. Surfing here means negotiating dangerous rips.
