Surf Break: Pleasure Point-First Peak

Pleasure Point-First Peak in Santa Cruz is a fairly exposed reef break that has consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds blow from the northwest. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. There is a right hand reef break. Best around low tide. When the surf is up, crowds are likely Beware of sharks ,rocks and rips.
