Surf Break: Playa del Dosel

Playa del Dosel in Andalucia is a reasonably exposed beach and point break that has fairly consistent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Works best in offshore winds from the west southwest. Able to handle light onshore wind The short fetch makes for windswells rather than groundswells and the best wave direction is from the east. Waves at the beach are both lefts and rights Best around low tide. Rarely crowded here. Watch out for dangerous rips.
