Surf Break: Playa de Hierbabuena

Playa de Hierbabuena in Andalucia is a quite exposed reef break that only works once in a while. Winter and spring are the best times of year to visit. The best wind direction is from the north northeast. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. There is a right hand reef break. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Sometimes crowded.
