Statistics for 14 Feb (1981–2005) – mean: 23.5 °C, range: 22.0 °C to 24.9 °C (mean 74 °F, range: 72 °F to 77 °F)

Sunny with very warm air temperatures, feeling like 27 °C / 81 °F once we account for any wind. Sea temperatures (24 °C / 76 °F) warm too. Staying warm in the water won't be a problem in board-shorts, but wear at least a rash-vest to keep the UV off.
