Petit Sancho in Mauritius is a sheltered beach and reef break that has reasonably consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the north. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the optimum swell angle is from the south southeast. The beach breaks consists of lefts. Best around mid tide. It very rarely gets crowded here. Submerged rocks are a hazard.
