Peregian Creek on the North Coast is an exposed beach break that has fairly consistent surf Ideal winds are from the west. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the best swell direction is from the southeast. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Sometimes crowded. Hazards include rips, locals, sharks and jellyfish.
