La Zurda in Golfo de Panama is an exposed reef break that has fairly consistent surf Works best in offshore winds from the north northwest. Clean groundswells prevail and the ideal swell direction is from the south southwest. A left hand reef break. Best around high tide. It's sometimes crowded here. Hazards include rocks, pollution, locals.
