Hawaiians in Okinawa is a fairly exposed reef break that has reasonably consistent surf. The optimum time of year for waves is autumn. Offshore winds blow from the east northeast. Most of the surf comes fis in the form of windswells and the ideal wave angle is from the north. Primarily a right hand reef break, although a left is also possible.. Sometimes crowded.
