Warning issued Sunday March 14th 10:45am Brisbane Time: Cyclone Tomas will soon affect Fiji and winds will intensify to 140 km/h in the next 24 hours. Another Cyclone, Ului, is likely to become much more significant as it develops to perhaps category 5 over the warm waters of the Coral Sea this week. Expect building surf to affect The Solomon Islands, New Caledonia, Vanuatu and Queensland (especially the Great Barrier Reef).
