Surf Break: Eagles Nest

Eagles Nest on the East Coast is a fairly exposed point break that has reasonably consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. The best wind direction is from the north. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell angle is from the south southwest. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded. Beware of rips, rocks and sharks.
