It is actually illegal sometimes to go onto the beach at Double Point because it's in a National Seashore and is a seal rookery. But this is only closed during breeding season and when they have their pups. Extremely sharky waters here!!!.. Best by boat... But the paddle back to the boat is always creepy best to do in a pack of guys .. and that's my advice on this messed up spot. Really not that great.. (info provided by a local surfer)
