Dee Why Point in Sydney North is a fairly exposed point break that has dependable surf. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. Works best in offshore winds from the south. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell angle is from the south. Surfable at all stages of the tide. It's often crowded here. Beware of rocks and locals.
