Castles in Nullarbor is an exposed reef break that usually has waves. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. The best wind direction is from the east northeast. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the west southwest. There is a left hand reef break. A fairly popluar wave that can sometimes get crowded Watch out for urchins, rips, rocks, sharks and isolation.
