Cape Toi in Kyu Shu is an exposed reef break that has inconsistent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Ideal winds are from the northwest. Most of the surf comes fis in the form of windswells and the ideal wave direction is from the northeast. The reef provides both left and right breaks. Sometimes crowded. Watch out for rips and rocks.
