Broad Cove on the South Coast is an exposed point break that has quite consistent surf. Summer offers the best conditions for surfing. Ideal winds are from the northwest with some shelter here from west winds. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the optimum swell angle is from the south. Best around high tide. Often Crowded. Watch out for rips and rocks.
