Boulevard in Eastern Samar is a sheltered beach break that has inconsistent surf. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. Works best in offshore winds from the southwest. Waves more likely to be from local windswells than distant groundswells and the best wave direction is from the northeast. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded. Watch out for dangerous rips.

FEATURE UPDATE: we now show red swell icons for 'open sea' swells that are travelling in an unfavourable direction for the surf break. In places, these swells may still wrap around coastlines and produce smaller waves at some breaks. They are also significant for windsurfers and other water users that tend to venture further off-shore.
