Statistics for 15 Feb (1981–2005) – mean: 28.8 °C, range: 27.5 °C to 29.9 °C (mean 84 °F, range: 82 °F to 86 °F)

Sunny with very warm air temperatures, feeling like 26 °C / 79 °F once we account for any wind. Sea temperatures (28 °C / 82 °F) very warm too. Staying comfortable in the water at Anse Bougainville won't be a problem, but wear at least a rash-vest to keep the UV off.
